Four Seasons Yachts is currently seeking elite professionals to join its inaugural fleet, scheduled to launch in 2026. The recruitment focus spans multiple departments, emphasizing a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio to ensure unparalleled luxury service.
Guest Services and Front Office
- Front Desk Manager (Shipboard): Responsible for leading guest service operations and resolving concerns while upholding Four Seasons’ luxury hospitality standards.
- Guest Services Agent: Manages the embarkation process, handles administrative services, and acts as the primary contact for onboard chat services. They are also responsible for settling guest complaints and managing currency exchange.
- Personal Yacht Consultant: A shore-based role in Miami that supports guests throughout their booking journey, from initial inquiry to post-voyage follow-up, focusing on relationship-building and itinerary curation.
Culinary and Food & Beverage
- Food & Beverage Supervisor: Oversees front-of-house operations in specific venues, leading the restaurant team to ensure service excellence and consistency.
- Executive Chef / Head Chef: Leads the galley department, managing luxury meal preparation, provisioning, and ensuring both guest and crew meals meet Michelin-standard execution.
- Sous Chef: Supports the Head Chef in menu planning and food selection, often managing dietary-specific requests and crew meals.
Housekeeping and Interior
- Suite Attendant: Ensures the cleanliness of assigned guest suites, provides personal assistance, and explains cabin features (TV, minibar, laundry) to guests upon embarkation.
- Laundry Assistant Manager: Oversees the ship’s laundry operations, ensuring high standards for guest personal laundry and ship linen.
- Public Area Attendant: Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of all common guest areas on the yacht.
Engineering and Deck
- Technical Lead / Chief Engineer: Responsible for the vessel’s engines, mechanical systems, and overall technical safety.
- AV/IT Specialist: Manages onboard internet, electronic systems, and guest-facing technology.
- Bosun / Deckhand: Focuses on exterior maintenance, toy and tender management, and water sports operations.

Candidate Requirements
Most shipboard roles require 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotels (5–7 star) or premium cruise lines. Technical crew must hold STCW certifications (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) and relevant maritime safety training.
